Eco Green Equipment has an opening for a Marketing Assistant to join our team of qualified diverse individuals. The position is 40 hours per week, Mon – Thu (9 hours/day) and Fri (4 hours/day), located in North Salt Lake, Utah.

Eco Green Equipment has an opening for a Marketing Assistant to join our team of qualified diverse individuals. The position is 40 hours per week, Mon – Thu (9 hours/day) and Fri (4 hours/day), located in North Salt Lake, Utah.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Social media, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Book travel, include international
  • Organizing and coordinating customer visits, lunches, trade shows and events
  • Emails, sales calls, enter in CRM
  • Run misc. errands, mail out samples, organize office, mail
  • Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback
  • Creating detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to business
    decision-makers
  • Assisting with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events
  • Conducting market research to better understand the marketing’s of the
    organization and its target audience
  • Assist with the production of and proofreading marketing materials and collateral.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM HubSpot is a plus
  • Ability to be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility to drive tasks to completion
  • Must be detail-oriented but able to grasp the big picture.
