Eco Green Equipment has an opening for a Marketing Assistant to join our team of qualified diverse individuals. The position is 40 hours per week, Mon – Thu (9 hours/day) and Fri (4 hours/day), located in North Salt Lake, Utah.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Social media, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Book travel, include international
- Organizing and coordinating customer visits, lunches, trade shows and events
- Emails, sales calls, enter in CRM
- Run misc. errands, mail out samples, organize office, mail
- Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback
- Creating detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to business
decision-makers - Assisting with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events
- Conducting market research to better understand the marketing’s of the
organization and its target audience - Assist with the production of and proofreading marketing materials and collateral.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of CRM HubSpot is a plus
- Ability to be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility to drive tasks to completion
- Must be detail-oriented but able to grasp the big picture.
