TDS (Tire Derived Shreds)

TDS are the initial fragments obtained from scrap tires of various sizes. These primary pieces are generated as entire tires (or pre-cut sections) pass through a primary shredder. The resulting shreds are usually between 2 to 6 inches each, though they can vary after the initial cut. There’s an option to recirculate these first shreds to achieve smaller sizes. Learn More

Wire-free Chips / Mulch

Our tire recycling process produces these pieces at the second stage or secondary shredder. Here, the coarse TDS are refined into uniform chips, removing steel with a wire cleaning and magnet separation method. These chips or mulch are usually 99.9% free of wire and typically range in size from 3/8 of an inch to 1 ¼ inches. Learn More

Crumb Rubber

Crumb Rubber is the result of the third station in the ECO Green lineup. At this stage, wire-free rubber mulch is processed into a uniform granule with all steel and fiber removed. Crumb Rubber is typically found in 3/8” – 400 microns (0.400 mm) in size. Learn More

Rubber Powder

The third stage of the ECO Green system produces crumb rubber. At this point, wire-free rubber mulch is transformed into uniform granules with all fiber and steel extracted. Crumb rubber usually ranges from 400 microns (0.400 mm) to 3/8 of an inch in size. Learn More
